Grease a deep 20 cm round cake tin and line the base with baking paper. Beat 130 g of the butter and 3/4 cup (185 g) of the sugar with electric beaters until light and creamy. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Gradually add the egg, beating well after each addition until combined. Add the vanilla essence. Fold in the flour, then the yoghurt and stir until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Arrange the apple slices evenly over the mixture in a circular pattern starting in the centre. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and the remaining sugar. Melt the remaining butter, then drizzle over the top. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake. Leave in the tin for &lt;br /&gt;30 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. Place parchment paper on several baking sheets.&lt;br /&gt;Beat eggs in large bowl. Gradually add in the sugar; mix well. Add butter, flour, coconut and mix well.Place rounded tablespoonfuls of the coconut mixture onto the parchment paper (or rounded teaspoonfuls, if you want a smaller cookie).&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 15 minutes, until coconut is golden brown. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roll the dough to about 1/16" thick. Sometimes these doughs tend to get soft easy so tpicking up the cut out dough and manipulating it too much can result in deformed cookies. To avoid that, I tend to roll the dough on a silicon mat so it is easy to transfer to the refrigerator if I need to. Once dough is rolled, cut with desired cookie cutters and place on sheetpan lined with parchment. Using a small cutter, cut a shape out of half of the cookies which will be the tops. Refrigerate the cookies for an hour before baking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To assemble, dust the tops with powdered sugar. Add lemon juice and mix. Add the flour, cornstarch and salt to the butter mixture and mix until combined. Form the dough into a log that is about 2 inches in diameter. &lt;br /&gt;Baking the cake Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The ingredients:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 and half cups of fine Semolina flourA half cup of all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1 and half TBLSof baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;A half cup of coconut&lt;br /&gt;A 3/4 cup of ghee " natural ghee" or you can use butter instead of it but you have to make it one full cup "softened at room temperature".&lt;br /&gt;1tsp of vanilla.&lt;br /&gt;One cup of yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;Half cup of sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the syrup:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 and half cups of sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 and half cups of water&lt;br /&gt;1 tbls of lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tahini and some butter to grease the baking tray.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How to prepare it:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix the semolina- flour- baking powder- coconut- sugar- butter or ghee- yogurt- vanilla, mix it well with your hands.Just to feel the batter and to enjoy it as I always do.Grease very well your baking tray with a mix of butter and tahini, you can use just Tahini.Pour your basbouusa dough and spread it using your hand to cover and fit your baking tray.Garnish it with nuts and candied cherries, it is up to you, Take care and insert your nuts or fruits very well by pushing it down.&lt;br /&gt;Keep your basbouusa tray for 6 or 7 hours before baking it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To prepare the syrup:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a pan put the sugar with the water , on the stove stir it until the sugar crystals dissappear then let the spoon and add the lemon juice, let it boil till it reaches the thread point stage , add some vanilla . Keep it warm when pouring it over the basbouusa tray, it should be hot too.&lt;br /&gt;Bake basboussa in a preheated oven on 230C or from middle to middle high temp.&lt;br /&gt;Pour the warm or hot /&gt;&lt;em&gt;كيك&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ثلاث بيضات &lt;br /&gt;ملعقة ونصف صغيره فانليا &lt;br /&gt;ربع كوب حليب&lt;br /&gt;كوب ونصف دقيق&lt;br /&gt;ثلاث ارباع كوب سكر &lt;br /&gt;ملعقة اكل بيكج بودر &lt;br /&gt;ربع ملعقة صغيرة ملح&lt;br /&gt;ملعقة كبيره بشر الليمون&lt;br /&gt;ثلاث ملاعق اكل حبوب الخشخش &lt;br /&gt;ثلاث عشر ملعقةاكل زبده بدرجة حرارة الغرفه&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;شربات او عسل بعصير الليمون&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ربع كوب عصير ليمون&lt;br /&gt;ثلث كوب سكر&lt;br /&gt;يتم غلي عصير الليمون وسكر الي ان يذوب السكر . &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;الطريقة &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;يسخن الفرن الي درجة حرارة 350 درجة مئويه,يتم دهن القالب مستطيل بزبده.&lt;br /&gt;يتم خفق الزبده مع السكر الي ان تصبح هشه ,وبعدها يضاف البيض واحده تلوه الاخرى مع الخفق مع كل اضافة&lt;br /&gt;يتم خلط الدقيق مع بشر الليمون وحبوب الخشخاش وبيكجن بودر, يتم اضافة خليط الدقيق  بتبادل مع الحليب على الخليط السابق, يتم سكب الخليط في القالب المعد للخبز, ويتم زجه في الفرن تخبز تقريبا لمده ساعه إلاربع .&lt;br /&gt;وبعده الانتهاء من خبزها وتحميرها من فوق ,اخرجها من الفرن ودهن الكيك بالعسل المعد سابقا .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;ملاحظه : الافضل type='text'>صوري</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;احببت انا اتعلم فن التصوير الضوئي , الحظ قد خدماني في تعليم هذا هذا الفن &lt;br /&gt; ,فاصدف ان جهة  عملي انشأوا نادي لتعليم التصوير فلتحقة بالنادي &lt;br /&gt;فاكان اول درس تعليم اساسيات التصوير  لكن للاسف لما يكن وقتها اقتنيت  كاميرا احترافيه , فاوجدت صعوبه في فهم ما كان يقول في المحاضر  ,ثم  عقدوا جولة ميدانيه للتصوير الخارجي ,للاسف كانت استخدم الكاميرا العاديه  او الدجتل ,لكثرت شغفي بهذا الفن اقتنيت  كاميرا كانون 40دي  وهي شبه احترافيه ,وهي من اروع الكاميرات ,هذي بعض  الصور align="right"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;يتم تسخين الماء والحليب في قدر على نار هادئه . يتم خفق صفار البيض مع النشا واخذ تقريبا نصف كوب من الحليب الساخنيخفق مع صفار والنشا وبعدها يتمسكب الخليط على الحليب ومع الاستمرار في التحرك حتى يغلظ الخليط ونرفعه من على النار ويترك ليبرد لحين الاستعمال .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div dir="rtl" align="right"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;التزين تشق الكيك الي طبقتنا الطبقه الاول عباره تتدهن بكريم شانتي وقليل من الكيوي والخوخ الطبقه التانيه تتدهن بكريم باستير ,ومن الخارج يتم تغليف الكيك بالكريم الشانتي وعملت فوصل من الكريم على شكل صدف وبينهم وزعت بتناوب الكيوي والخوخ ولبسة الكيوي بشكولاتة تزين الاجناب بها &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div dir="rtl" align="right"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div dir="rtl" align="right"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div dir="rtl"
